Throughout the site, the terms "we", "our" and "us" refer to Oriala. By accessing our website and/or purchasing a product, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All products — including fine art prints and digital downloads — are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Colours may vary slightly from on-screen representations due to differences in monitor calibration and settings.

Orders are processed securely through Snipcart, our e-commerce provider. Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched or digital downloads are made available.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes.

Fine art prints are made to order and typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current production schedules.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

When purchasing a digital download, you are buying a non-exclusive, personal-use licence. This licence permits you to:

• Print the file for personal display or home décor

The licence does not permit you to:

• Resell, redistribute or sublicence the file
• Edit, alter or create derivative works from the file
• Use the file for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Oriala

All photographs, text and designs on this website are protected by UK copyright law and remain the sole intellectual property of Oriala.

Purchasing a print or digital download does not transfer copyright ownership in any form. Images may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent from Oriala.

Each fine art print is produced with care and inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@orialaphotography.co.uk with photographs of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We take every reasonable effort to ensure product accuracy and quality. However, Oriala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or its products.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. We use secure payment processing and do not store payment card details.
